Secrets exert powerful forces in every family. When two brothers finally come clean, which one is the perfect son? Two brother’s lives seem headed in opposite directions. Theo (David Cubitt) has spent his life in and out of rehab while Ryan (Colm Feore) has enjoyed success as a conservative lawyer. Neither particularly likes the other. Reunited at their father’s funeral, Ryan surprises Theo by revealing that he is gay. As Theo is drawn into Ryan’s private world, the two brothers develop an unexpectedly complex and loving bond neither ever thought was possible.
