When Native American objects are removed from burial sites, bad things happen. Steve Joe, traditional archeologist for the Moquahat people, believes that his misfortune, and the bad luck of his community, are a result of the displacement of sacred artifacts now locked up behind a sophisticated security system in a local museum. Steve and a group of misfits from his Rez break into the museum to reclaim the sacred artifacts that rightfully belong to their people.
