Auld Lang Syne

Millie and Nell were best friends when they were young actresses with stars in their eyes. But they’re in their sixties and flat broke when they meet again on Christmas Eve on a film set. They hide until everyone is gone so they can spend Christmas at the well-stocked home instead of in lonely, rented rooms. But soon the conflicts that ended their friendship flare up. And what should they say to the young security guard longing to be an actor who discovers them? Were they wrong to waste their youth on a profession where all but a few fail? Or were the thrills and adventures worth it? And is it ever too late for happiness?
